Dr. Sankha Bhattacharya did his Post Doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, INDIA (August 2018-August 2019) in nanomedicine and molecular pharmacology for the treatment of multiple cancer. He did his PhD from School of Pharmacy, RK University, Rajkot, INDIA (June2014 – April2018). He perused his Graduation (Pharmacy) and Post-Graduation (Pharmaceutics) from SRM University, Chennai, INDIA (August 2005-April 2009) with first class and distinction. He also did his Post Graduation Diploma in IPR from Bio-Informatics Institute of India, Noida, INDIA (June 2010-July2011) & Post-Graduation Diploma in Clinical Research from Institute of Good Manufacturing Practice, Noida, INDIA (March 2016-April 2017). He is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics, ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, Punjab, INDIA (August 2019 to till date) with 8.6 years of Research and Teaching experience. He has published more than 15 national and 17 international papers in high impact factor and in peer reviewed journals. He also published 3 book chapters in international platform. During 2016, he has been award with Minor Research Fellow (MRF) from Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST /MRP/2015-16/2677) for his astonishing contribution in cancer research. He is also a registered Ph.D. guide for Pharmaceutical Science students, under I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University affiliation (Ref. No.: IKGPTU/R&D/87. Dated 20.01.2020) Supervisor ID: 20010001). Recently he successfully cleared ARPIT examination, conducted by NTA, Government of India, with 71.8% marks. One of his patents got recently published (2019) in Indian Patent Office (IPO) [Patent No: 201721019625] Journal.
Dr. Sankha Bhattacharya’s Research interest includes, Designing and Developing Nanocarriers for Cancer Targeting; Artificial Neural Networks; Principal Component Analysis, PK-PD Profiling etc.
